Certicom Announces Contract Wins in Key Market Sectors during Fourth Quarter

(TSX: CIC) (the "Company") today announced that it was successful in securing contracts with top-tier customers during its fourth quarter of fiscal 2007, ended April 30, 2007. The agreements pertain to large multinationals in a broad range of sectors, including the semiconductor, mobility, government, enterprise and entertainment markets. In addition to contributing to fourth quarter revenues, these agreements will provide recurring revenues in the form of royalties and annual software support.
