		<description>It is my firm believe that IT, just like any form of endeavor provides services to meet specific needs and will make more meaning to the non practitioner if it can discussed from the services point of view. After all, what we are interested in is &quot;what i&#039;m getting for spending x amount my of my budget in return&quot;, though truly, the entire cost may not be immediately visible but it still make sense on the long run. SOA is not a hype rather it should be all embracing but having the business at the heart of it.</description>
