These exams, including CompTIA A+(R), Network +(R) and Security +TM, will be delivered at more than 4,000 Pearson VUE(R) Authorized Test Centers worldwide -- the most extensive test center network in the industry.

As part of this agreement, CompTIA and Pearson VUE are jointly supporting U.S. Department of Defense certification initiatives by providing increased access to CompTIA certification exams, distributing funding awareness campaigns, and educating service personnel on the benefits of certification.
CompTIA serves the IT industry as the world's largest developer of vendor- neutral IT certification exams. Since establishing the certification program in 1993, nearly a million CompTIA certifications have been earned worldwide. Currently, CompTIA offers certifications in PC hardware repair, networking, security, servers, project management, training, Linux, home technology integration, document imaging and radio frequency identification.
