Hi all,

I have been a linux enthusiast for long time now. It wuld be really interesting if the mobile OS wuld be installable in the handsets as in case of computers.

Thats perhaps how the nxt generation of mobiles would be working.!!

Hi All,

I've successfully decided not go the PDA, "newest" cell / phone route. That is, my mobile / cell has the basics - like get calls / get messages. No, SDS for me thank you very much. Sure, I've friends with the iPhone, amongst others.

I've lived in Europe for 10 years, then spend another 10 years living in Asia. I have at one time or another seen a bunch of mobile devices. LOL!

Basically, the carriers have to get on-board. Every tried changing a carrier plan, or arguing about a bill?

Cool new tools never the less, Google is my friend. Keeping repeating Google is my friend. I have for years now. Now, let's see them make the leap to something truly exciting that we can all use.

Just as long as I can read the screen without having to search for my glasses! The whole 'mobile is the next big thing' issue smacks of age-ism.
