					<description>I'm pretty sure Komodo (the version you wrote about) is now free and open source and not a encumbered trial version. 

I've been using it for a few weeks on a Ruby but not Rails project and I'm liking it. Theres some minor, minor bugs but it works as well as Netbeans (6.1b) for dealing with Ruby.</description>
