The J.M. Smucker Company is the first Oracle customer to deploy the new Application Integration Architecture (AIA) with Siebel CRM Integration Pack for Oracle Trade Promotion Management.

Smucker Company is able to execute accurate and timely promotions, maintain a complete and consistent view of customer data, achieve improved management of trade funds, easily resolve invoice deductions and enhance analytical capabilities.
