		<description>Although PaaS seems to be the newest entry, there is no doubt that it will be serve as a key determinant of how cloud companies form -aaS ecologies around their systems like what Force has done.&lt;br /&gt;

Question is will devs risk going proprietary but has established market or go open source but still in infancy?&lt;br /&gt;
