&lt;p&gt;pscp -scp root@localhost:/usr/palm/frameworks/mojo/submissions/webos.tar.gz .&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;You can get pscp from http://the.earth.li/~sgtatham/putty/latest/x86/pscp.exe
