Was the problem with Adobe Acrobat fixed? Effectively, Acrobat downloads fonts and has a problem where they cannot be saved with Firefox 3.5. It leaves the Acrobat process running on the system after the page and even Firefox is closed. And if you open another, it starts a new process, and the system becomes slow. A third will be so slow it requires a hardware forced reboot to recover.

You can kill the Acrobat process after each pdf access. That works, but why should YOU have to?

Granted, Chrome is faster on the JS, but there are tons of compatibility problems while on Firefox 3.5 everything has worked fine for me (unless I coded it wrong of course hehe)

What about the compatibility issues with FF 3.5? Are they going to be fixed in 3.6? IMO the problems with 3.5 have already tarnished the FF brand.

To hell with all the additional stupid stuff. Have they made the damn thing work? Does it still crash simply because it can?

I can (and have) lived with Firefoxe\'s comparatively slow speed. What I cannot live with is the never-ending crashes for no definable reason and it excessive memory use.
God forbid, I\'ve gone back to Opera on my Linux machine.
