We have just developed a framework Light Weight MapReduce for heterogeneous devices (smart devices as well as traditional computers) that allow parallel computation. Our major aim to keep this framework as light as possible so, that it could provide results. Fortunately, we are able to complete our work in farther less time then Hadoop on our experimental applications. 

We will soon be releasing its source code.
