This may not be the best place to ask this, but I want to know if I'm eligible for a short sale and I have no idea how to find a professional listing realtor… do you know anything about this realtor? They're located in sacramento, in the same city as my office and I can’t find reviews on them - Becky Lund & Associates - Sacramento Realtors, 8814 Madison Avenue #2 Fair Oaks, CA 95628 (916) 531-7124

You may want to look into something like Habari, which is very straightforward to use. My wife, no tech, finds it quite easy to use the Wordpress install for the family site.
I have used Drupal for websites, but the power of Drupal is the bility to customize and extend it; and if you have no desire to do so, it may not be the most suitable choice.

Thanks for info, but...I'm representative of the 'non-coder' 'just wanna write & publish' crowd. Is there anything that will act like a physical magazine, but with blank pages/columns and simply allow filling with content. Don't know any 'sql's or php's, etc. and quite frankly, don't want to. I do however know a bit about writing and simply want to publish while running my own site so nobody that desires that I be PC (politically correct) can force me off of their server. Thanks for your time. Have A Healthy, Prosperous Day! ---rob

My site is build using drupal:
http://www.kgsepg.com

And, I use drupal-6. And, the performance is good. Drupal 7 has lots of performance enhancements. But, ofcourse, there are best practices available to speed up.

Great piece, Ken!
What are you finding the performance of Drupal 7 to be like? With expanded built-in functionality, I've been concerned with the memory requirements and page loading speed.

All the best,

Mike
